At Craft & Creation, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note:

• We do not provide store credit as an alternative to refunds.

2. Exchange Policy

Although refunds are not available, we are happy to offer an exchange in limited situations where the issue is caused by us.

Products may qualify for an exchange only if:

3. Exchange Request Timeframe

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
• The product must remain unused and in its original condition.

4. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To protect both our customers and our business, a continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests involving:

• Damaged items
• Wrong products
• Missing items
• Manufacturing defects

The video must:

• Clearly show the unopened parcel with the shipping label visible.
• Start before opening the package.
• Continue without pauses, edits, or cuts.
• Clearly display all items inside the package.

Claims submitted without a complete, unedited parcel opening video will not be eligible for exchange.


Photos alone are generally insufficient for verification, although we may request additional images if needed.

5. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we do not warrant thatproduct descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or suspension.

6. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange, except where the wrong product was delivered or the item arrived damaged due to our error:

• Customized gifts
• Personalized products
• Printed products
• Engraved products
• Handmade products
• Made-to-order products
• Wedding gifts made to order
• Return gifts made to order
• Gift hampers prepared specifically for an order
• Clearance items
• Sale items
• Discounted products
• Digital products (if offered)
• Perishable products (if applicable)

7. Exchange Process

If your order qualifies for an exchange:

Step 1
Contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2

Provide:

• Order Number
• Your Name
• Contact Number
• Parcel Opening Video
• Photos (if requested)

Step 3
Our quality team will review your request.

Step 4
If approved, we will provide return instructions.


Step 5
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Replacement processing times may vary depending on product availability and logistics.

8. Shipping Charges

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), Craft & Creation may cover the replacement shipping cost.
• If the exchange is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized, personalized, printed, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

10. Product Variations

Many of our products are handmade, handcrafted, or individually finished.

Minor differences in:

• Color
• Texture
• Finish
• Pattern
• Dimensions

Material appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects. Additionally, product colors may vary slightly due to:

• Lighting during photography
• Monitor settings
• Mobile screen displays
• Device color calibration

These variations do not qualify for an exchange.

11. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Craft & Creation is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

• Incorrect address
• Incorrect phone number
• Customer unavailable during delivery
• Refused deliveries

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

12. Right to Refuse Exchange

Craft & Creation reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if:

• The request is made after the permitted timeframe.
• The required parcel opening video is not provided.
• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• The returned item does not match the original shipment.
